Black Opal is one of the family of opaque ‘common opals’ which do not have the flash for which precious and fire opals are known. Common opals are stones of emotional stability, with a gentle vibration. Black Opal in specific provides strong protection for mind, body, and spirit. Resonating with the root and sacral chakras, Black Opal can spark creativity and spontaneity and imparts supportive energy and confidence to see new projects through to completion.
